Led the transformation of a 125+ FTE international operations organization during corporate disentanglement. Redesigned structure, roles, objectives, and operating model to create a fit-for-purpose organization. Executed implementation with zero operational disruption.

Transformation of distribution operations at Sony Broadcast & Professional into a best-in-class organization. Implementation of late customization and configure-to-order models to increase flexibility and customer responsiveness. Strengthening of organizational capability, quality standards, and customer focus through structural simplification and empowerment.

Directed end-to-end Warehousing & Distribution across Europe and APMEA, establishing strong 3PL governance and performance management. Led major network transformation (10 → 3 DCs), unlocking €25M inventory reduction and €17M structural cost savings by tendering and contracting new 3PL’s and transport companies. Oversaw ~60 FTE and >€200M budget with full accountability for service levels and cost efficiency.

As Global Designed and Business Process Owner – Supply Chain deployed harmonized end-to-end supply chain processes across warehousing, transportation and order management, establishing clear process governance and an aligned operating model including KPI’s and service levels.

Enhanced operational performance through end-to-end customer metrics (on-time delivery, order cycle time, overdue invoices), strengthened quality standards, and structured continuous improvement frameworks. Led multi-year transformation programs (integration of acquired companies, introduction workflow automation) while maintaining full operational continuity, budget, driving change management and sustainable performance improvement.

Directed the European Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR) readiness programme for Operations across 40 manufacturing sites, supply chain operations, and 14 EU markets. Establishing robust governance (KPI’s, controls, review cadence) for a regulated supply chain environment.

Defined policies and standards, designed compliant processes and performance metrics, and led system build, testing, deployment, and external validation through a team of >12 FTE and a ~€12M budget, aligning stakeholders across businesses, markets, factories and functions through structured executive communication and governance.
